• We operate a network of 29 marshalling centers in the United States.
• We inspect and process vehicles on site at additional locations throughout the continental United States.
• Since 1987, we have processed and distributed over 4 million Program, Company Service and Off-Lease vehicles.
• We process Repurchase Program vehicles, Company Service vehicles and Off- Lease vehicles for General Motors,ord Motor Company and DaimlerChrysler.
• We accept vehicles from all of the major rental car agencies in the United States.
• We provide transportation services for the movement of repurchase program vehicles between auctions and from marshalling centers and dealers to auctions throughout the United States.
• We collect vehicles reacquired by manufacturers under various state "Lemon" laws. These vehicles are picked up from dealers or Zone Offices and delivered to repair facilities designated by the manufacturer.After repair, these vehicles are transported to various auctions for sale.
• We have developed an electronic vehicle inspection system (CTIS). The purpose of this system is to provide a more uniform, consistent and accurate inspection. The system enforces specific program guidelines and electronically prices out the Condition Report. The system has the capability of tracking all inspection data and reports can be created from this information.
• We provide transportation and damage claim processing arising from the movement of used vehicles for several motor vehicle manufacturers. The claims are reviewed, analyzed and if found to be valid, filed with the respective carrier. Claims that have been filed are then tracked to insure that payment is made.
• We provide the service of transferring non-conforming and "problem" titles for various manufacturers and store over 350,000 titles in our Title Repository.
